Peyman Kargar is a highly experienced business leader with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, holding leadership roles such as Global Chairman & President of INFINITI, the luxury brand of Nissan Motor Corporation, covering all the Regions from America to Asia, from Europe to Middle East, Africa and India. His strong holistic background underpins his expertise, making him an inclusive executive leader adept at navigating complex international environments.

Peyman Kargar began his automotive career at Renault, taking on various leadership roles. He covered holistic leadership roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Services, Country Manager and Business Development.
​
After a successful career at Renault, he joined the Nissan Group in 2017 in Japan, initially being appointed Chairman in charge of operations in the Africa, Middle East, and India region. In 2020, he was named Global President of the INFINITI luxury brand. In this role, he revitalized Nissan's luxury brand from losses into the most profitable brand in the Alliance, by focusing on brand value, technological innovation, customer satisfaction, profitability and talent management. Under his leadership, Infiniti aimed to refine its brand image, placing greater emphasis on premium designs and innovative technologies.
