Ingrid Rogy is an Associate Director at X-PM, based in Dubai, where she contributes to the firm’s development across the Middle East and Africa, supporting clients through transformation, performance improvement, and strategic change initiatives.

Ingrid brings over 20 years of international finance leadership experience within global organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She has held senior executive roles, including Group CFO at EVS Broadcast Equipment, where she led the global finance function and investor relations, and Head of Consolidation and Reporting at IBA, a global medical technology company. She also played a key role in strengthening financial governance and supporting transformation programs at Sibelco Group and other international businesses.

Throughout her career, Ingrid has advised leadership teams on financial transformation, organizational restructuring, post-acquisition integration, and performance optimization. She combines strong financial expertise with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to help organizations navigate complex and high-growth environments.

She holds Executive Certificates in Corporate Finance and Management from Vlerick Business School.
